Frequently asked questions

Common questions and answers

How do I find a page or service on the website?

Use the site menu, footer links, search tools, or the category pages. Tools and service finders are listed under the Tools section in the footer.

Do I need an account to use 60AndOver.online?

No account is required for the public pages and tools currently available.

Why did the Senior Services Finder use the location I entered on the homepage?

The homepage passes your location and service category to the tool page so you do not have to type the same information twice.

Where do local service results come from?

Some local results are supplied through Google Places or other public and third-party sources. The page identifies Google-supplied place information when used.

Does 60AndOver.online verify every provider?

No. Unless a page says otherwise, listing a provider does not mean we licensed, inspected, endorsed, background-checked, or independently verified it. Confirm licenses, pricing, qualifications, availability, and suitability directly.

Why are no results appearing for my location?

Try a nearby city, a broader location, or another service category. Results may also be unavailable because of a temporary connection issue or limited provider data in the area.

How do I report incorrect information?

Use the Contact page and choose the correction or update option. Include the page address and the information that needs attention.

Can I suggest a senior service or local resource?

Yes. Send the service name, location, website, contact details, and a short description through the Contact page. Submissions are reviewed before possible inclusion.

How quickly will I receive a response?

We aim to respond to ordinary messages within two business days. Complex corrections, accessibility issues, or partnership requests may take longer.

How do I report an accessibility problem?

Email info@60andover.online with “Accessibility Request” in the subject line. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and what barrier you encountered.

Can I request the information in another format?

Yes. Describe what you need and the format that would help. When reasonably possible, we will try to provide the information another way or help locate an alternative resource.

Does 60AndOver.online earn commissions?

Yes, some links and offers may earn a commission when a visitor clicks, purchases, requests information, books, or completes another qualifying action.

How are affiliate and sponsored relationships disclosed?

Commercial placements are labeled clearly near the relevant content with wording such as “Affiliate Partner,” “Sponsored Offer,” or “We may earn a commission.”

Do affiliate commissions increase the price I pay?

Usually no. Affiliate compensation is generally paid by the merchant or provider and does not add a separate charge to the visitor. The merchant controls its prices and policies.

What information should I avoid sending?

Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, medical records, financial-account details, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information.

Does the site collect my location?

Location-based tools may process the ZIP code, city, or location you enter to return relevant results. The website does not need your precise home address for ordinary service searches.

What happens when I click an external link?

You leave 60AndOver.online and become subject to the external website’s privacy policy, terms, security, prices, and business practices.
